Can someone give me a 21/21 level 31 2h build?

You could go 3 in IF (60 HP total) and 3 in WM (132 prof with 1 leftover), 6 in IF and 0 WM (66 HP, 113 prof with 4 pts remainder), 6 in WM and 0 in IF (56 HP, 156 prof with no remainder). Really depends on your taste, and whether you want to do more damage while wearing medium-heavy armor, or sustain more damage. Could also go 2 IF, 2 WM (60 hp, 125 prof with no remainder) and 2 shield if you're partial to Longsword or other bastard class weapons for utility.
