I was reloading my xbow and he repeatedly interrupted it with nudges.

Simple griefing?

7. Names of players who witnessed what happened.** Can't tell if anyone, but I'm sure I'm not the only one griefed.

You reporting him and he still continuing definitely warrants a ban here. A short ban should be enough warning ^^
