Title: EU_1 round limit changed to 6, WHY??

Please explain this silly change, i fail to see anything good in it, whoever made this stupid "improvement" redo it, nobody wants to play  a maximum of 7 rounds on a shitty map or with badly balanced teams stuck with x1 for 6 rounds, so please for the love of god change it back to 5 or even better 4.

It got changed yesterday because we we're playing The Arena. An Admin Changed it, and later changed it back to 4 again.
Just because The Arena is a very small map, and because of that the rounds are shorter.

ITS THIS BAD, it took 11 rounds for this map to end..  :rolleyes:

Imo even 7 rounds can be much sometimes on certain maps, first to 3 would be nice 5 rounds if the teams are close and rounds are long, or if it's a steamroll it's over in 3 rounds and new balance starts.

First to 3 means you will get maps were after the autobalanced first round, one team only needs to win 2 in a row to move to the next map. Might be a bit short, and doesn't allow time for the opposition team to get a team balance to happen so they can have a comeback (or to switch tactics after seeing them fail enough). For me the best of 7 is OK. It only drags for me on maps that are genuinely not designed that well or you have people wasting time at the end of rounds.

Haven't tried first to 6, but I imagine with few players on it would be a good reason to leave the game on a map you don't like. I think first to 6 should be reserved for certain maps when there are loads of players on

Now that I think about it you do have a point... with current balance system 1st rounds is let's say "wasted" and you have 3 more to play in balanced teams. Yup first to 4 is definitely the best for current balance type, 11 rounds on random plains... I will never play that to the end ever

Many of the maps are so awful that 11 rounds on them would be unbearable.  I feel slightly bad for you guys.
