It's been one year since this iteration of Strategus began.


Well done, everybody. Let's hope the future will be bright.

One very long year on NA side filled with many battles filled with glorious EXP

I remember our first week was filled with attempting to gain a fief... when we could not, we set our minds to taking one. But first, we had to raid an NH caravan. Armed with blue gambesons, leather shields, shortened spears, and other lowly militia armaments, the Chevalier fought with NH on the open fields, gaining the SD, which was enough to pay for the campaign for Durquba.

Much fun has been had since then in my own personal strat experience. This being Chevalier's first strat round that have been apart of from the start.

The Strategus community is what keeps me playing this. You guys. You nerds. Damn you, but love you.

It's been a year already? Holy shit.

It seems like it was only yesterday that FCC beat up KUTT and took their things, invaded Hosp all across the dry steppe, did whatever the fuck it was that we did in the desert, and then lost all our villages. GG, GF, rekt, gottem, etc. I'm writing this from the safety of one of our castles, actually. It's pretty cozy in here. Warm.

Yep, just me and 9000 troops. Oh, and hundreds of horses, which are presumably being kept underground because I can't see them.

Anyway, I had fun this round. I hope Strat continues to exist, and, more importantly, I hope that it's community keeps doing what it's doing.

I was there for that battle, good times. I wish we had been able to get our roster sorted for it.

While it is indeed stale now, keep it going, for there is no doubt greatness ahead!

Well, I guess that just because it is the anniversary it doesn't mean it will end anytime soon. But just in case... give us more time!
