Title: Problems with deleting chars

Hey guys I hope you can help me:
I want to jump to lvl 30 with my main Blackspell and therefore I deleted every alt I had. That worked except 3 alts. I tried to switch to them from Blackspell, but when I try to swithc I get thrown out to the login page and I must type my login information, but I dont have the passwords, because I never set one: A few time ago I just created those chars and logged in but just ingame. I never logged in the webpage. And now no password I ever used is working (how, I never used one for those). I tried everything from changing browser and delting cookies to setting new password. Maybe its a bug or something, but anyway I am lvl1 , because I retired in hoping to jump to 30 but yep, I got now this bug with those alts. I already talked to Nuffen, Mylet and Espu and they couldnt help me. They recommend me to make a forum thread and hoep the dev team will read it. Maybe you could delete them manually?

Apparently it didnt work like I thought. We'll investigate more.

Did you try to use the password of your main character for your alts? It should work.
Or, if when you click the name of another alt on the top left of your character screen, it doesn't take you back to the login screen, you can just go to options and set a new password, and use it to delete the alt.
If you already tried this, I can't help.

OMg thx a lot, now it works, but little time ago didn't. I wonder why.
