Title: How come rocks are more expensive than clothes?
Post by: Clockworkkiller on September 15, 2013, 06:50:46 pm
Rocks cost 2 gold

The super cheap clothes like the wool cap cost 1 gold

This doesn't make Sense!?

Due to the ecology of Calradia where it rains more then Terra's Amazon Rain Forest, there is bountiful vegetation and sheep and such, and woolly peasants to shave. Unfortunately a side-effect of all this rain is that the rocks are all worn down into tiny pebbles, and even the mighty castles are always damaged. Just look at how many ruins we play in. This naturally increases the price of rocks, especially since all of them have to be elliptically uniform in shape for proper throwing.

Also you are paying one gold for the rocks, and one gold for the woolen bag that everyone hides in their trousers.

They're not rocks; they're genetically perfected potatoes.

I mean have you seen them? They're all exactly the same.

The worst thing to happen to c-rpg was when they nerfed stones.

You pay 2 gold for 12 of them , that means they cost 0,1666666666666667 gold each , clothes are expensive as hell considered to a stone!

Those are well-balanced stones. It takes a few men with a lifetime experience to fill 1 bag with throwable stones. Why do you think you can't just pick up stones during the fight?

Silly tears, he is not reaching for any 'woolen' pocket.
There is a those dirty rocks cause so much fuss when they hit a shiny knight.

EDIT: Wut this wasn't suppose to be another comment...

Balanced Stones (loomed +1) should have extra 1000 gold upkeep. Because, holy shit, balanced stones!

I have the +3 Eastern Robes (kimono) and they cost just as much gold to repair as medium armor. :(

Silk is expensive in this game.

I remember Pebble_Pusher killing me with 5 stones when I had the old black armor on with 60 body armor...  never underestimate stones!
