BAN REQUEST FORM:

2. Name of offending character(s) : SMOOTHRICH
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible : NA1, 230PM HST
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.
Not much to tell. Not too far into a new round was horsebumped by SMOOTHRICH trying to get a kill. Not a big deal.
Very shortly afterwards, horsebumped by SMOOTHRICH again for the same thing. I reported that time.
After I reported him, he pulled a U-turn and ran me over and slashed me in the face. There were no enemies near me when he ran me over and cut me.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.
I imagine he didn't like me reporting him, thinks he's some sort of badass who could get away with it, and didn't think I wouldn't take the time to screenshot and post.

Anyone on at that time and in the screenshot I suppose. There were no admins on at the time. I asked several times in admin chat. If there was then I was ignored. Check the logs.

According to Smoothrich whom is muted for being the best NA shit talker, the situation is this:
Don't_stab_me_bro intentionally attacked his horse after Smooth accidentally bumped him, so the other dude was being mad and stuff. Smooth didn't M it because he's a good sport. He then intentionally ran into Smooth's swing to report him and try and get him banned. It should be noted that admins were in the server at this time, and none of them saw anything so take that into consideration. If you look Smooth was getting kills before and after the teamkill so it really looks like Smooth was just trying to get kills.

I was TW'd 3 times back to back. The last 2 teamwounds were a combo horsebump and slash.
Please provide evidence to back up anything you just claimed.
EDIT:
For clarification, there are 4 instances of teamwounds against me. They are three separate events. The last 2 teamwounds were the combo horsebump and slash.
There is no evidence to prove I did anything to provoke a reaction as Daruvian claims. Hopefully, the four teamwounds back to back and my call for help in the admin chat prove the situation as stated.
Also, I'm a thrower class with jarids and 0 PS. If I intentionally attacked his horse.. he would have been de-horsed or there would have jarids sticking from his horse. I ask that anyone provide a screenshot of jarids in his horse, chat logs or any proof whatsoever against me. I dont know if teamwounds show up in admin logs or server logs but please check those too.
I also ask that you take his attempts at lieing into consideration of his punishment.

After careful examination of the logs I'm issuing Mr. Smooth "Big Playa" Rich a 12 hour ban for team killing. If any solid evidence had been provided to prove that Don't Stab Me Bro had indeed assaulted the horse of Mr. Smooth Rich then a double ban would have been issued, because revenge team wounding is not acceptable. Direct any comments to my admin feedback thread, I'd prefer if it would remain bumped to the top of the board.
