Title: Ban Request: Phoenician Warrior

Was in NA 3, Duel server trying to practice building siege equipment.
And Phoenician Warrior sees me throwing in construction material into a construction site, so he runs up and proceeds to hit the construction site 10+ times until it is destroyed. Then he says "oops" as though he was innocently unaware I didn't want him to destroy the siege equipment I was trying to build.

no way, that's shouldnt be bannable, even this warrior behaved as an idiot :D

Shouldn't be bannable to grief someone who went on the duel server to make sure that they didn't disturb battle? That's completely against the rules and should stay that way. I know I am not a direct witness, but I had the same issue a few days ago.

I'll just post here in his defense as I'm not even sure he's on the forums because he's pretty new as far as I know. The dude mostly plays siege and I don't think he realized that you were building it and not destroying it because throwing mats in does make the same sound and kind of look that way as well. I doubt he has experience enough with them to actually tell the difference. He probably thought you were destroying it and wanted to help, and didn't really get the chance to read that message until it was done.
That's just my thoughts based on what I know of the guy and your screenshot there, however I could be completely off and maybe he was griefing you. Just something to consider.

I agree with Canuck, dude is pretty new and you did screen it a bit after you said something, he probably didn't see that.

I'll answer this anyway, but please be aware of the new ban request format for next time!
Judging by his characters, I'd say he's pretty new as well. Maybe somewhere in the two month area. No ban history either. I'll direct him to this post just so he knows not attack the c-sites.
If it happens again though, please post another thread and we'll take further action.
