Title: Characters deleted

I haven't played cRPG in a while and just installed it again to get back into it. I recovered my password ingame and logged into the website to find all my characters gone (including my main) except one. I'm pretty sure I didn't delete them or anything... Is there anyway to have them restored?

I restored one gen 2 character. There is another gen 2 character (but you skipped the fun on him) and some level 1, did not restore any of them.
