Your account doesn't seem to be banned on the EU lists which leads me to believe that it may be one of the following;

Autoblocking Unban Thread (http://forum.melee.org/global/autoblocker-unban-thread/)

or

Strategus Multiaccounting Unban Thread (http://forum.melee.org/global/strategus-multiaccounting-unban-thread/)

If it isn't please post again and I'll look into it further!

I have Permanetly Ban on EU_Crpg_HRE: I got banned for it that I killed Kenny then here in about 30 seconds got Permanent ban .. Kenny here killed for that when I wanted surplus Crossbow always to me so I kicked him after he killed and got banned. Thnx for Help Sinitar_CZ

All bans show as permament on HRE, because they can't set timed bans. Don't worry, they remove them manually over time (1-2 days).
