Title: BAN.

2. Name of offending character(s) : L_General_Vaycanina , Lacoste
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible : Yesterday 2 am
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. He died in the beginning of the battle and rejoined with other character
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.* he raged
6. Multiple Screenshots

Yesterday I didnt want him to be banned because i tried to be a good guy but today he insulted me and my friend.Thats why i didnt open the thread yesterday
Also I added some other screenshots where this guy was leeching.after all those screenshots I dont really belive his story

I wanted to play with my character Lacoste , after joining EU1 , I realised I was in the wrong character , I got hs'ed when I was trying to quit, then I joined with my main, Lacoste.

I bet everyone had that situation when you joined with the wrong character after a long night.

Lacoste's story is legit enough, sometimes I login without my gear on , so I rapidly quit and enter back with my gear on , the only difference is Lacoste got spawn shotted in the procedure.

6.50 - 6.00 still counts as the beginning of the round, I dont know why are you trying to get ban people all the time, you never actually made it  did you? Anyway, I think Lacoste is clean.

Since last 2 or 3 days i am playing my alt character with Merlot all the time. Cause my main is 34 level so there's a looong way to 35. Whatever, when i after the playing with my alt sometimes i getting bored cause playing as an arbalester sometimes boring... i have the same situation like this. So i never get a ban topic for this maybe there are no bad people on my around but it can be happen. So admins will decide... There is my words. Also according to Guray's words can we see a wantonness? If anybody wants to be a bad guy, everbody can see like this situations on the game when look to wantonness side.

Guray threatened Lacoste with banning him today on EU2 , he was about to demand something from him , but Lacoste told him to go ahead, so he made this topic, something happened yesterday as you see

Guray's always open ban topic and they end in the negative. So he never stop open ban topic. Ban topics are not toy, no one use it like that. maybe you should somethink for him.

also 6:50 or 6:00 doesn't matter. Even you enter the server at the 6:20 or 6:05 when you press done you still can spawn and fight

As far as i know joining with a different character and spawning in to the same round is not against the rules.

Denied. He joined with a different character so i don't see what would possibly be griefing there. Simply switching characters is not a valid ban-reason.
Also, the next screenshots show him standing still for 53 seconds which is definitely not leeching. I mean, he could've just scratched his balls that long, haha. If he'd be hidden somewhere on the map that'd be a whole different thing, but this...meh.
