Hey Guys,
i think this guy needs a break for overreacting.
1. Name of your character involved: Atrocs_HRE
2. Name of offending character(s): Merc_Armoured_Saint
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: EU_1, 9:10 german Time
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.:
We were fighting the enemy and ifought  one hoplite when he bumped me totally without any need to kill the hoplite, which i think, he didnt. I reported him and then, 5 seconds later or so he just killed me with NO ENEMY around, just to jugde me for the report
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*: Because hes a totally mad 5 yr old child, which thinks can do what it wants

I was there and I saw atrocs th armored_saints at spawn...well I think everyone saw that.
I didnt see the first tk...I think I was in another part of the map

I am LastBreat and I was in server.
Saint also claimed his behavior was not bannable which is written in logs.

Armoured saint says first a bump (happens to all) second was him trying to help the guy, instead he accidently teamhitted him. Might be true, might not be true, i can't tell.

As for the other hit, looks like an obvious revenge teamhit, there is no such thing as autorelease... Hit with that much damage at the start of round after raging at the guy, you know what happened there.

If you ban one, ban both.

There still is an autorelease if you switch from desktop back to the game, which isn't that unlikely in this situation. I am just trying to get some more information.

I wouldn't have posted the logs if I didn't have the intention to find out the truth.

Sorry to post here, I was actually not involved. I just want to point out that when playing on a laptop it can happen to release an attack due to touchpad. It happens to me very rarely, just another unlikely possibility.
