Title: ingame items are missing

All of my ingame items are missing on my alt char "Poleface."  They're all on the website but none of them are available on the equipment list.  My game is currently updated to the latest patch and everything on my main character is fine.  Anyone have any ideas?

I should also add that i am level 1 ingame as opposed to 15 on the site.  After leveling to 2, i left, rejoined and was back to level 1
