How do u repair gear ?

You can't repair gear in strategus.

can u use gear that is damged ? or have i been wasting my money :S

Yes to both

Loomed gear cost the same as unloomed gear.

You can use damaged gear, but it'll simply be less effective than +0 gear, not mentioning the upgraded gear.  If you're searching for gear, always check castles and towns for it, villages are usually used for trade.
