I know it's not exactly what this subforum was created for, but that guy is a really-really annoying troll. I know if it's disturbing, I should just ignore him, but he seems to be trolling basically everyone. Just look at his posts:

I tried to be polite with him first, asked him in PM about why he's doing this: broken English, broken post formatting, flaming everyone. His reply:
