After searching the forum, it appears that a post in this section is how it's usually done. Sorry if it's in the wrong place (or wrong approach entirely).
Got a friend staying for a few weeks and since we'll be gaming from behind the same router we might appear to be one person multi accounting - hence this heads-up.
His character is called Arrow4U, and I'm playing ANGST_Robert_of_Drugsley or other characters on the same account. Thanks in advance for not banning us :)

You can have multiple accounts for one person (or house). You only run into potential problems when you have more than one person doing stuff in the strategus overview from one IP address.
