Title: Please bring back Xmas-cRPG!

I am not the best at making persuasive topics or post, so I will make this short.

Please bring back Xmas-cRPG. It didn`t go long before it died last time it was here because most people simply didn`t enjoy it, but I know that many people still miss the old days and would love to play the old cRPG again. I am not sure if the devs still have the ability to bring it back, but if they do then I ask of them to do so.

I'd play that, just for the lols, current cRPG can't entertain me for long even when switching characters, builds and servers all the time. Found it quite enjoyable and nostalgic last time, but I thought it was only going to last two weeks so couldn't be arsed with the grind. I say double or triple the rate of xp and gold gain and keep the server up for a while. Or do an NA one this time, because they didn't get the last one.

What Teeth said... the grind didn't really make it interesting to play + the fact we knew chadz would close it down again just made u wanna play on your regular crpg toon...

For me the grind was part of the fun. In current cRPG you can afford almost everything after only a few hours of gameplay. Thats no fun..

Remember when they brought back Xmas crpg and everyone played the fuck out of it? Man that was a a fun two days.

Because everyone went back to regular cRPG.

Though it certainly tided the cries to return to the old cRPG, for a time at least.. Face it, as much as we all bitch and moan about the mod, you wind up playing with the same assholes everyday.

The only one who played it was some archer guy that managed to grind to some level, where he could actually use a bow and was thus godlike. Yeah, "fun".

Does anyone remember Tomyyyy, the Templar, if i recall correctly?.. He was using that thing on foot. I think he was, like lvl 100 before "the big patch" :)

Don't split the already small server populations even more!

If you don't like crpg, then don't play it. But don't ruin it for those of us who still enjoy the game.

How would this ruin cRPG? Sure, it would take some players away from the original servers, but it would hardly be a threat to cRPG.

Hey that's a valid observation...HOWEVER...it is my failure to communicate rather than a flawed viewpoint.

I'm referring to the people who said they don't want to play, saying that xmas RPG would bring them back.  I'm not suggesting that "these people" are the ones being taken away by bringing back xmasrpg.  I'm saying it will draw people from the public servers (who do play crpg still) to these servers.
