Title: Is there any way to respec heirlooms?

I just heirloomed my weapon to Masterwork and it was better before at Tempered... So is it possible to re-heirloom?

How it was better? You like your weapon slower and less damaging?

Yes, what I meant is:

" I don't think it's possible to have a weapon become worse when its heirloomed."

It always gains +damage or +speed.  Never minus anything.

its probably bcus Heirlooms have been nerfed and your old tempered one was poor powerful than your masterwork is now. But the tempereed will be even less now. If you hatin, blame the patch, but i think its good so far.

That must be the case, he probably hasn't bothered looking at the stats of his weapon in the past week before he 'loomed.
