Title: Ballista Throwing Bug

Throwing lances go right through a person if they are cranking ballista or loading etc. I tested this a few times from point blank range and each time no hits registered. Pretty sure hits will register if they are aiming though. Also not sure if this is all throwing weapons or just lances.
