Eu1 server, i think something between 8:30/9:00 AM, date 9/08/2013 (today)

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.
Poll abuse, he started a kick-poll for no reason. As you can see from the chat log,  the round before i accidentally teamhit Lacrimosa, because i didn't see his banner, but i wrote in chat to Lacrimosa that it was an accident and we clarified.     
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*
I dunno if Armored_Saint started a kick-poll because i th lacrimosa, i don't think so, either way he should mind his own buisness. Useless poll

i don't know, maybe the players you can see in the chat log.

It's stupid , he just polled you because he didn't know this teamhitting was not on purpose (banner bug)

He shoulnd't have started a poll in the first place, it's not his buisness if i accidentally TH someone, and neither is yours.
