Title: Name change approval notification

Can we please have some kind of notification if a name change is approved or denied?

With the new very strict name change rules, it would be nice to know for sure when the change has been reviewed and responded to.

Also a suggestion: refund of gold when a name change is denied.

I think the gold requirement is there to make you think twice about changing your name carelessly.
