I'm sending this out for him as he seems to only speak Chinese. He private messaged me for an unban however the ban originated on one of the ats servers so I'm going to leave it in your guys capable hands. Tungsten was the admin who oversaw the ban.

He claims ignorance to what he did stating that he was new, didn't advise me the offense though.

I do not know English is not easy to find here, then I am a novice, do not know. Seems to be because with the "Construction Site" by BANK. hoping for a lift. Thank you
