4. Lau teamhits me in spawn, didn't report. He does it twice more which are both reported. Turns around and hits me twice with his katana, bringing me down to less than a fourth of HP, then says "fucking asshole."

Please note that, as of today, we have new requirements for making ban requests (http://forum.meleegaming.com/na-(official)/ban-section-rules-and-requirements-read-before-posting/).

In the future please adhere to the formal ban request format.

For now, however:
