You're forgetting about the bumps. If cav bumps don't do friendly damage, then it's a buff for heavy cav.

Wait, patchnotes say nothing about bumps. Did they really remove friendly bump damage? Does it still knocks down?

Seems to be the case on NA. Haven't looked at server settings or EU yet.
