Title: Papal Anouncement!

His magnificience Pope Bredeus hereby wishes it to be known that this most devout follower of the faith, Lazarus, has been apointed to hold the office of Archbishop. All followers of the faith are to offer any service he deems fitting, and our prayers shall be with him in his future endevours.
