I like different types for different dishes. I don't think that I've met a cheese that I didn't like. Here's an interesting chart of cheeses.

Hmm.. I like this boring Havarti cheese, have been eating it for many years now:

It doesn't even have any distinct taste, but that is what comes to my mind, when i think of cheese in general. And it's cheap. Never even heard about many of the above mentioned cheeses :)

It's impossible to choose. So many good cheeses out there. Gruyere, Mascaporne, Wynendale, Chevre, Queso Fresca, Tronchon, White Stone, Humboldt...I could go on. It's the reason I'm not vegan. A deadly addiction.

The only Dutch product I really miss when I am abroad is some good real Dutch belegen Gouda cheese.
