Wouldnt he be banned again with a new cd key?

By the way, can anybody help me get in touch with panos? The copy of chivalry was not a joke, I can give it to him on steam.

His steam name is Panos PORCO DIO, and the devs have always treated new cd keys as somewhat of a new chance, meaning that if he does the slightest he'll be permabanned instantly but as long as he doesn't break any rules/annoy cmp he should be fine.

EDIT: Ofc Panos might be an exception to the rule due to his hundred permabans.

Ah... so I did find the correct Panos in steam, it shows that he wasnt online for more than a week or so. Well if he accepts my invite someday I'll ask him if he wants chivalry. I dont have a spare M&B key atm.
