He played for a long time, I decided to play again now. Old has lost his key from the game, took a new one. Since the character is tied to the old key can not not go to the same server.

I can move the characters from the old to the new key, but you need to prove somehow that they are actually yours. Since you can't access the key anymore you need to send me a PM with details from the old account. Like account name, names of other characters, when you created them, linked forum account name, items you got, etc. I need to be sure that it really is your account before moving any character.
