Title: How can I leave a clan/cancel and application?

I accidentally applied for FCC on the Strategus page and I see the color around my character/FCC paths and when I select my character it says I'm in FCC. It doesn't say anything on the Factions page but I want to leave the clan(?) or cancel the application. How do I do this?

ask one of the leaders to kick you, or wait until they do it themselves  :P

You will forever be one with FCC. Simply accept your fate and let Joe lead you to his maiden courser. It only hurts in the beginning sire.
