I have this gaming mouse and I have been really happy with it so far. But recently, it has started to give me right click twitching issues. This means my right click will not remain stable when I hold it down to block. It will either randomly change my block's direction or totally release the block. It doesn't happen all time, every single second and instantly but it happens.
I realize the correct action would be to seek an answer on the Logitech forums but I know the probable answer I will get there after having sifted through almost all relevant forum posts.
What I would like to ask is, does anyone use this specific mouse and have they experienced the same problem as me? If so, do you guys know any solutions other than having to go through the painful process of product return?
-
Mouse broken. Get a new one.

This.
Happened to my Death Adder, check the new mouse topic in this section recently, some nice mice to choose from there.
-
i know your problem
I had it too some time ago but it just disappeared again.
-
Exactly what I feared. So, prpavi mentioned that there is already a thread but before diving into it, can you guys recommend me one that is particularly durable? The next one has to be sturdy because this damn mouse of mine isn't even 1 year old yet.
-
Not even 1 year old? Get a replacement then, this one was probably faulty. Or perhaps you got powerfingers of mice doom and should calm down a bit.
-
Replacement is the way to go alright but my local vendor is quite notorious when it comes to dealing with product returns. They will most probably keep me on hold for 2 weeks or so and I will eventually have to yield and buy a new one in this process.
Oh, and I believe the problem was my boulder crushing fingers. You are totally right about that. I have the toughest iron grip when it comes to handling mice.
-
ye you might get a new on on a warranty.
if not Death Adder served me for 2 years, now im on Steelseries Sensei, looks like a tough one, only got it a month though, so i don't know about the durability

I got my Sharkoon Fireglider since 3 years now and haven´t encountered a single problem even once.
Very nice to play with it, you can change dpi with a button and there is a burst fire button, too.
It´s also pretty cheap, not like razr other counterparts.
-
Thanks for the feedback guys. I tried searching for Sharkoon as Berserk suggested but obviously, it is not available at all here. I will be on the lookout. But sweet damn I loved this one. It's a shame that I will have to part with it.

You could also just get a new one on warranty (you don't have to deal with your vendor, but directly with Logitech). Of course that would take some time, but maybe you have some replacement until the new mouse arrives.

I bought this exact one 2 weeks ago (the black one not that ugly fire stickered) and I really like it so far.
Big enough for my hands.
