Title: Name not availible

In the past my named was TimTheEnchanter_AoW. Then I changed it a few times and now I want that name back. When I try to rename, it won't let me because it says it is taken. I deleted the character TimTheEnchanter_AoW on the website but after trying it still says name is taken. Anyone know what to do?

The name is used on a different serial key, but it's the only level 1 char there and doesn't even have an account registered. Did you have a different key in the past?

I'm having a similar problem. My name used to be "Beached_Dolphin" Then I made a faction and changed it to Pagan_Beached_Dolphin.
Recently tried to change my name back to "Beached_Dolphin" but it says it's taken.

Tagging this to get some advice.

Because you have another level 1 character with that name on your account (most likely connected to a server with old profile name after Pagan_ change was accepted). Delete that char and it should work.

I don't see a level 1 character named Beached_Dolphin in the game character list or the list of my characters on the website.

Is it hidden somewhere else?
