Title: WTF im sick of this s***
Post by: Varadin on July 05, 2013, 06:29:35 pm: Is there anything i/we/anyone can do about that fu**** s*** inncorrect authorization key , every single time i want to play strategus battle i cant join , not only EU3 i cant join nethir NA or EU server ofr couple of hours , whats the problem here ?

It's a problem with Warband main servers.

ipconfig /release (disables your internet connection)
ipconfig /renew (enables your internet connection)

This should help you out.

Yup, it works sometimes, but not always. Still worth a try.

Once I disabled wse2 and was able to join the server, then quited, cause I can not play without wse2 (weird performance), and with turn on wse 2 again I wasn't able to join the server. So in this case it really helps - sometimes/probably. Except for that you're right.

Post by: cmp on July 13, 2013, 12:08:06 am: "Incorrect authorization key" is a server side error. Changing IP might fix it by having TW give you a different (working) auth key, everything else is just placebo.

It's so annoy, every time a large EU battle starts you have to listen to a group of people on TS give a different uninformed suggestion as to how to 'fix the error'..
