Title: Good by guys

After last update of crpg which makes arrows marshmellow and makes bows to pillow , i don't see any point of playing this mode anymore . I would like to point one thing IM NOT LEAVING GAME BECAUSE OF MY PERSONAL LIFE , IM LEAVING BECAUSE OF ARCHER UPDATES . And plz do not post something about my items , im gonna leave them to my clan.Everyone who already met or had conversations with me enjoy the game IF YOU CAN . Take care yourselves , farewell.


EDIT: I'ill play strategus until im out of ticket , before they remove that feature.

Bows were buffed for the guys without Loomed stuff but nerfed for the guys who wasted 3 gens to loom a bow...

Nevermind Mlekce he's halfway through the craftsmanship of his Dark Jedi lightsaber.

EDIT: So, another archer leaving this game. One day shields will be rendered useless and everyone will bear mighty greatswords or long polearms as due to the lack of projectiles incoming. This is great news.

Loomed archers get a minor buff. Non-loomed archers gets a major buff. Being an archer, ends up leaving the game because of the patch.

Logic at its best.

Who the hell spends three heirloom points on a bow? Your own fault if you can't use the marketplace.  :P

And here I am GTXting battle repeatedly due to ridiculous arrow spam and wondering if archers got buffed.

Byebye, if archery really is the thing that makes or breaks the game for you, maybe you should've went with Counterstrike in the first place. Perhaps you should try that melee thing I heard off, I heard it's pretty good in this game.

I remember someone saying that ranged will figure out a way to complain about this patch too when everyone was praising the changes. Sadly I can't find the quote. The prophesy came true :rolleyes:.

Yeh, perhaps two or three years ago. :wink: Bows were really cheap for a very long time. If you loomed a common item on your own, because you were too lazy to check the marketplace for about 5 minutes, you shouldn't be allowed to complain if it gets nerfed.

Oh wait, it wasn't even nerfed at all.  :D

My two best weapons got nerfed quite hard and I am not crying about it at all.  :wink:

As a champion in many UT2K3, CS, CSS, and BF(All of them) tournaments, I must admit I play CRPG for the melee combat, and not the range combat (which really bores me now).

Those who play range in this game want easy kills, not a challenge.

Looking at the stats, archers are better now.

My mw longbow seems to be the same, but my bodkin arrows needed to be +3 to get to 2 damage. Now basic bodkins have 2 damage points and each quiver gets more arrows per loom. So everything is the same as before for me, exept I have slightly more arrows...

Lol. Well, they really need to start giving free respec/reloom after every patch. If I were to have a respec/reloom every time they nerfed/buffed/changed archery, I would have had a mw of every bow and arrow by now. :lol:

I use a short arming sword and 15 strength, I have to hit enemies usually 3-7 times to kill them.

Archery in general is far more effective now than it was before the patch.  The typical NA fight consisted of two massive blobs of INF meeting in the middle of the field wherever that might be.... and then some dude with a weird face running from five guys for two minutes to close the round.  Now the INF must respect the ranged.  Now both sides are holding for a few minutes in strategic locations.  I'm a 2h and I love the patch.  I'm glad archers got buffed.  It's more realistic.
