Title: In The Defense of My Honor
Post by: MountedRhader on July 04, 2013, 07:50:14 am
I like many Mediterranean guitar pieces, such as those played by the Spanish, Italians, Greeks, and others. I myself came up with this bit of guitar stuff a couple months ago. There's more to the piece but I don't want to spend a lot of time on this topic.

Plumbo_The_White accused me of carrying out ignoble, ignominious deeds when guarding V in DTV, not playing the guitar offhand like I said I was. He said I wouldn't upload proof in the defense of my dignity. So here is what I was playing:

Sorry for the static in the backround, I had to amplify this so you could hear it.

And yes, it gets boring guarding Vivi.

Nice, I'm just incompetent with fingerstyle guitar, haha.

I too, am a sucker for such music.

Ran across this the other day, pretty cool if you ask me, much more Eastern than Mediterranean, but still somewhat relevant ^^

Ah, that's alright but I for the life of me cannot derive any beauty from it. It sounds intriguing but not... how to say... hmm. I just don't like it. I prefer Flamenco type playing and other similar categories.

Like this (Spanish but Mid-eastern themed):

Behold, preferential differences!

And thanks for the comment man.   :)

Yeah its weird at first because their guitars allow for more than 12 tones, which normally marked the guitars sound out of tune haha.

I like it! Good playing dude, keep it up

No I was not, as you now see.

I made the picture. All of the pictures I have shown, all of the material I have offered, are products of my will.

And I agree, there should be a Gothic-plate caped holy armor like the one which I so often illustrate my character as having. I thought about editing the gothic plate textures (.dds), which wouldn't be too hard considering I've done it before for a few mods and have all the tools, but I'd have to edit the model itself to add a cape like the Archon's armor.

And yes, thank you for your comment. I fancy spicy guitar playing too  8-)

Like this, something a girl I am fond of showed me lately: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XKDzOnRydWk

Has a nice guitar bit in the middle 1:40. It empowers me when I am the last man standing in DTV on the final wave and I'm feeling invincible, like stuff is about to go down.
