Title: Off the map?!

visitors can't see pics , please register or login


I just started strat after not using it for a while. I clicked Enter New Dugan and the travel line is coming from off the map. And when I click "zoom" I see there's a black thing blocking me but I can't see where on the map it is.

There are certain obstacles you cannot cross:


White Mountains
Rivers
Sides of Bridges

Plateaus


It looks like you are stuck in a plateau and will have to go around!

There are separate maps for EU and NA. You are viewing the NA map but your party is on the EU side.  Click the blue/purple text above the map that says "viewing: NA", your view will change over to the EU map and you should be able to see your party. Travel is possible between EU and NA but as Cikel mentioned you must navigate around certain terrain.

This is not correct, actually. You can easily cross the side of the bridge as long as you don't enter the river. Sometimes it is the fastest way to cross the bridge.
