Sometimes, I'm playing DTV. Then I decide to change characters. By the time I reconnect, the round's already started and I have to wait for the round to end before I can help. Please extend the time it takes for a new round to start to about 20 or 30 seconds, so players can make appropriate changes to their characters before the round starts. I know there's the time you get before the rapists spawn but that only amounts to 10 seconds or so :x

Current time is 20 seconds, take away 2 or 3 seconds that you spend in "stuck" part of the spawn. It would be nice to extend it to 30, definetly would add some edge to possible plans and char-changes.

Would be cool to be able to deploy material like stakes , shields , const. sites, etc ...

Perhaps we could have a brief period before the enemy spawn timer starts (say 1 - 3 minutes) where we can deploy things like siege shields, spikes, and possibly ladders, as well as for everyone to plan out things (excluding that one douchebag that charges regardless of the enemy) and get into positions.

siege shields etc would only lead to more exploiting of the map by getting on houses you normally wouldnt get up on etc
what bugs me is when a new round begins and i decide to change my gear i only have a few seconds to do so, if i take too long i get kicked
quite often happened that i changed my whole gear, weapons and full armour and then i got kicked cause it took too long
if that "kick timer" could be extended by a few seconds as well that would be great

But exploiting the map is the only way to win! Also anyone else noticing an increasing amount of swingthroughs with the bots

play a run on EU
archers are but a support class
melee people win the rounds 99% of the time

I actually have played a run on EU, its quite fun. Also I always play archer as a support class, shoot from afar; and only get in melee if I need to.
But then since Im far back and everyones charged and dead, I typically have to get into melee.

I would add maximum 5 seconds. I think there's already enough time to rejoin right after a round ends.
