Title: Throwing axes should be made visible in bodies!

Why the hell don't my axes stick out of a fallen foe/friendly? Seeing your projectiles sticking out of a guys body is half the fun of any ranged class. Please amend this!

This would also introduce some variety to plate QQ threads: "Fransisca Porcupine, NERF PLATE!"
