Pollabusing.

Strategus Battle on EU3.

The Apostates (Attackers) ran out of tickets and I was the last alive. I was standing on a hill in the back of the attacked village. After 1 minute someone found me and came with his horse to fight me. He dehorsed before reaching me and then fought me on foot.
When we were starting to fight a Ban Poll was made by Wolves_Oddysseus_IX which was accepted when I was still fighting the dehorsed guy.

An admin, Teeth, was on the server and when there was a rule break he could have told me.
I think the poll was accepted, because the enemies wanted to end this asap, but afaik it is not bannable to be the last alive fighting an enemy on a hill behind the village and there was no reason to start a Poll.

You admit to having delayed and hid for one minute, which by the way, is an underexaggeration.

That´s like, singing a song about how you delayed  :?

In a simple battle, delaying is just worth a simple kick, but if it´s a longer (and bigger) stratbattle, you´re wasting a lot of time of a lot of people for nothing (or was there a way for you to win this all alone?). I don´t know how the people´s mood was at that battle, but it seems as if you´ve chosen the very wrong moment to play "last man standing" ;/

Of course there was no way to win this anymore, but still there was a fight going on and everyone got the right to fight a strat battle to the very end. I dont think 1 minute can count as "wasting a lot of time" and for me and for the guy I fought there was no waste at all.
