wouldn't let ~~ 2/3 of the players past the "verifying" part of the loading, i kept restarting my game and got into the server, however it then began saying
"kicked from server" - "this character belongs to someone else"
what is causing this please? how can we fix it?
not to mention that besides that because of strategus mechanics western block is losing thousands of troops / gear because of this bug ...
-
Think it works without WSE2, but the game just looks and feels garbage if you do. Let's hope they manage to fix it.
-
I've got the same problem
-
Nope, disabling wse2 does nothing :|

disabling wse2 doesnt help me at all
-
It didn't even show up for me for the battle today
-
Last time "WSE2 off" doesn't help, like before.

Try starting up native warband first then at cRPG
-
Try adding EU3 to your favourites - works for me sometimes
Or restart your pc just Before battle - also works for me
I have no idea why so dont ask

Now I don't know really anything about network connections and similar, but I have a theory that the root server has a "safety switch" of some sort if too many clients attempt to join one server within a too small timeframe. It shuts down all new clients trying to connect until some timeframe has passed.
The reason why all sorts of solutions has risen to this problem is that none of them actually works, but they take a while to go through and by the time you finish whatever "fix" you've gone through the timeframe and can reconnect to the server anyway.

it seems devs just dont care about strat any more, takes them months to fix bug, none of them ever post in forum, they're just useless
this is the main reason i did not donate money for their new project, they add new things and then the bugs from these things are around for years, and i fear it will be the same with their new project
