I can verify, xPIxGradyGriffin initiated the poll for absolutely no reason. Smegmar was top of the team, not leeching or doing anything that deserved a kick. The poll was successful because the other team was angry that he was killing them.

No bans on record & this person seems to be fairly new, so I'm going to let off with a warning.
xPIxGradyGriffin, do not make unnecessary poll kicks in the future or you're likely to receive a ban. Kicks should be made only if no admins are available (and you've asked) & you specify a valid reason to kick (leeching, teamkilling, chat abuse, griefing whatever). If the poll doesn't pass don't keep putting them up.
