I was just playing on eu1 (10:20 German time) and Merc Stroudog ban-polled me without any reasonable reason after I told him that his spear was too short for killing (actually harmless but fitting joke).

Well now im troll-banned without any reason, here are some screenshots to proof his acting..

I accuse him of impoliteness and ban-poll abuse.

You have been trolling me for the past month and it gets on my, every time i jump on the server he is either nudging me or trolling behind me, i had just about enough, and by the fact that the poll went through shows that everyone else agreed with my opinion.

This might be off topic but he does this in TS as well by kickinf me and all that stuff, not relevant i know but adds to my point, he throws numerous insults at me.

And i dont make a poll for no reason

dude I just entered the server, saw your death, wrote that sentense and you ban-polled me...

nothing more and nothing less.. stop pretending I had griefed all day/week.

lol good screen,  we can see Arabian Horse costs about 1,5k upkeep you were being kick polled.

we see no reason nor any poller.. we have just your statement that it was Me who polled this few days ago.

if you would give correct date and time Strudog, admins could find out easily by checking the logs. (as I advise them to do in this case, time was 10:20 German time on EU1)

I could also state that Strudog was teamslashing, or fist-beating me in-game or kicking me on teamspeak (btw I do not even have rights on Merc TS),
I could also say that Strudog was poisening wells, eating babies and has a pact with the Satan. But I don't.

I have no proof for it and it doesn't belong to this topic.

very unbiased and objective witness/statement we have here.

btw if someone annoys you by chat, theres a mute function in-game.. I tested it, it works quite fine..

well for me i mute him constantly but after every map it resets and it gets annoying having to do it every map

No action taken but I will say this;

Strudog - give a reason for polls,  at least something more than "annoying ****" at any rate.
Armbrust_Schtze - Your name comes up far too often for this type of thing so cut it down a little please.

Everyone else who shared their "opinions", please refrain from posting in the ban threads, you'll escape a warning this time, although it really doesn't seem like a deterrent.
