Sorry to disappoint you, but Fips has no actual power, has had that text for ages, and I personally doubt the current scene situation will improve for some time.

Well, originally i was meant to be the little helper for jacko, simply by reviewing new maps, looking for glitches, imbalance, etc., but after i reviewed like 2 maps jacko just stopped updating the cycle, so the title/position is completely meaningless.
