From siege it does look like this is the reason you were banned, and Spanish provided the reason in game.

[15:24:08] msg,[ADMIN][Hospitaller_Spaniard] Schutzstaffel ill unban you once your name has changed

Therefore I'm going to ban Schutzstaffel for as long as it takes to have the alt name changed.  Hop into IRC to let an admin know that your name change is up.
