I had a computer a few months back that ran all warband mods including crpg just fine. ping was fine, no problems. I played from the downstairs of my house and the router is upstairs. That computer broke, and I eventually got a newer, better one. It runs warband smoother. I now use this computer in the same room that the router is in. However, whenever I play on a crpg server I get awful ping spikes every 30 seconds or so. My regular ping is about 55 but ive seen it spike up to as high as 769. when these spikes occur, one of 2 things happens: 1. Everyone else starts running in a straight line for about 3 seconds and when the spike is over I am often dead. 2. I get disconnected from the server. If anyone could help me with this problem I would be very grateful as it is ruining my crpg experience.
