Mybe he really was away. I remember when I accepted one guys accidentally wrong offer and instantly went to the bathroom to take a wicked shit. I mean like a bad one. Was in the john for like 10 minutes. When I came back I had like 3 PM-s saying how he fucked up and how Meow should ban my ass. :rolleyes: Naturally I gave it back ofcourse.

Ye,so much of getting back stuff. I didn't read at all because i trusted a guy that we have a deal. I sold once elite cav shield thinking i sell elite scimitar.

yeah yeah, tore from a cool guy, turned out to be a little merchant/jew prick.

Stay away from Tore, Herkuttati and Manne, worst traders ever.

Uh I really hate all these merchants trying to minmax trading and are spamming in-game chat with trading blabla +3 for X +100k, and 10 minutes later after sucessfuly buying x they're trading X again for Y + 200k.

You know what is to trust someone? after whole morinign of chatting with me i gave you 50k discount. Ur shitty armor woth 2lp and 50k and i gave you shirt that worth 2lp and 250k and only asked 50k for it.
You had a BCC for MWF straight trade offer yesterday,and you had that offer all day today,when i say different price right after i pm-ed you and told you to add 50k i wasn't paying attention at all i thought well this is it,guy added gold so i sold it.
I even + ur thread and left good comment until i realized what i did.

no dude, you was only QQing about the 50k and that is why he only has to give you 50k, not the item, As you wanted to trade with his blue churburg+50k for your mail shirt with fur.

Did he force you to trade the chuburg armor away? no? why would he pay for your mistake on trade with some other guy?

Basically, Tore should only be forced to give 50k back. As you mentioned accepting the deal: tore's armor + 50k for your armor, you can't really force him to give it back.

Does it even apply here? I probably missed smth but it doesnt seem like a cheating trade.

Imo its people's own fault to do trades with +3's which also includes money. I do not trades like that anymore for a good time. I only do 1:1 trades or add some gold myself if I tend to be really impatient.

It applies if you agreed to something and you can prove it (i.e. forum post, forum PM...).
