Title: The call to Honor (Free looms inside.)

There has been a whole host of whining and crying and a whole lot of it is more or less around intentional and accidental exploiting;
Item bombing Maxing out siege gear (I have been a culprick) aka building 5 weapons racks. Loading insane amounts of troops into a fief.

I think that we should extend it both of these.
We should have an honor pact between all clans to not purposefully dick each other and where possible even attempt to fight fair.

What do you mean by maxing out siege gear ? :o
I agree to not item bomb with rice eaters force as long as I am the leader, and like in the battle conclave, will decrease troops in fiefs where enemy armies are stationning to siege.

By max out I mean build and hide 5 weapons racks, toss the maximum amount of ladders so on and so forth. Essentially look at the limitations and play fair with in those.
Perhaps it should even be "only build two weapons racks."
