I know pre patch 10-11 ath wasnt that big of a deal but 11-12 was a large difference... any one know if it is now?

that incorrect sir... was tested by me (lawn_gnome) and a friend named the mayor
EDIT: and if you mean you couldnt go above 10... my build was 3-36 with 12 ath

It had no effect over 10, that was the cap before last patch.
If you experienced any difference, it was the additional AGI.

is there a number difference that you know? or if there is any difference
EDIT: oh and i heard armor weight doesnt affect your run speed that much any more? is that true?

15 (hardcoded game cap, it is impossible to go over that.
EDIT: oh and i heard armor weight doesnt affect your run speed that much any more? is that true?

then, cmpx, I can go for 11 shield skill and it will give me 88% to shields resistance? Nice :D

If I go for 11 skill NOW, POSTPATCH, do I get a skill bonus, then?
