Yes, but if you can't play on the server your are not contributing and if you are not cotributing, you are leeching.
Also please stop posting here all the time. Tennenoth will check this topic sooner or later. He is the only person who can unban you.

IIRC we used to have an autokick for high pinger. Bring it back for everyone above 250ms and the problem is solved.

Screenshots show nothing but a bad score, I also used to have scores like that sometimes. He also tried to contribute or he wouldn't have this gear. I wouldn't call this leeching.

I didn't ban on evidence from the screenshots alone just FYI, I joined the server under an alias to watch what was happening and in my own personal view, it did appear to be a case of leeching and given the previous three accounts of leeching (one literally having run it's course on 04/06 this year and another one just over a month ago)
At any rate, I would like to have RuanXiaoQi contact me over personal messages so we can establish some sort of understanding to come to.
I shall lock this thread for the time being and post a verdict once the two of us have come to an agreement.

A verdict has been reached, the usual stuff;
Player is unbanned but if they are caught leeching again, a month long ban will be imposed.
