I don't know why I did not do this sooner, even though I have personally witnessed him do this at least 10 times over a long period of time. I guess I thought that, with the amount of intentional TK's ANGIE does, he would get permabanned for sure.
This player does nothing but trouble every time I see him (on EU2 siege). He will basically go on TK frenzy and, after is kicked, will keep joining server to commit more.
