Title: Ban kazachok whit screens

Hello,

I played the DTV mode on eu7, then a player called kazachok startet teamhitting me and other players, like 7 ths on one round, now i didnt report cause i thougt it was by accident, next round starts : he start hitting players at spawn and killing me and other players.

here some screens i took 15 mins after it.
